We are seeking an energetic and capable person who can lead the team at our Iona Care Home kitchen.
Providing up to 195 meals at midday and around 115 at breakfast and tea time requires someone with experience and knowledge of food services, preferably in a commercial kitchen. Ideally this will include ordering and liaising with suppliers, staff rosters, budgeting, menu planning, food safety programmes, special diets, documentation and leading a team.
This is a permanent full time position (mainly Monday to Friday), start and finish times are negotiable with the successful applicant.
