We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse for our busy Enliven care home in Balclutha, South Otago.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, starting at 6.45am to 3.15pm.
You will be working under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse to assist in planning and supporting the lifestyle choices of the people who live at Holmdene.
You should have at least 3 years post registration experience and some of that should be in aged care.
You need to have a New Zealand practising certificate. You will have strong leadership and computing skills, be culturally aware and promote an environment that enables resident’s safety.
As an Enrolled Nurse you’ll provide residents with a continuity of care that’s rare in the usual public health system. You’ll also have the backing of an organisation renown for supporting staff with on-going professional development, and a leader in workplace health & safety.
An Enliven home, Holmdene has 35 residents who are supported at hospital and rest home level of care. It’s a home integral to the community and all of our 8 Presbyterian Support Otago Enliven homes have 4 year certification.
