We are looking for a Careworker for our Enliven care home in Balclutha, South Otago.
This is a permanent position on a rotating roster of 4days on, 4 days off. You would start at 8.00am and finish at 12.30pm.
Additional shifts available to cover staff absences.
You will be providing personal care within an aged care setting and should be keen, motivated to learn and have an empathy for older people.
Previous experience working with older people would be an advantage, however we will provide comprehensive training and orientation.
An Enliven home, Holmdene has 35 residents who are supported at hospital and rest home level of care. It’s a home integral to the community and all 8 Presbyterian Support Otago Enliven homes have 4 year certification. That is testament to the quality of our systems, processes, living and working environments – and especially our staff.
