Elmslie and Aspiring, Wanaka

We are looking for Careworkers to join our team at Aspiring Enliven Care Centre and Elmslie House in Wanaka.

If you are enthusiastic, have empathy for older people, keen and motivated to learn, these positions could be for you.

In these roles you would be supporting the lives of those living in resthome/hospital level residential care by providing high quality care to them.

Applicants need to have minimum of 1 years’ experience working with older people and a willingness to complete the Level 3 National Certificate in Community Support

The positions available are all rostered shifts and vary in hours per week.

 

Our Enliven Wanaka homes, are Elmslie which has 31 residents who are supported at hospital and rest home level of care, and Aspiring caters to approximately 30 residents.

Both are homes integral to the community and all Presbyterian Support Otago Enliven homes have 4 year certification. That is testament to the quality of our systems, processes, living and working environments – and especially our staff.
Presbyterian Support Otago is a major provider of health & social services to the people of Otago. We employ in excess of 700 and are supported by over 500 volunteers. We’re central to the communities in which we provide services and your role is central to all we do.
