A new position, heading up an established team, within Enliven - the South’s largest provider of aged residential care.
With mountains and lakes on the doorstep, the setting is superb for you to make your mark in Wanaka’s caring community. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage:
Elmslie House, near the shores of Lake Wanaka, providing accommodation and support for up to 31 residents at rest home and hospital level care; and oversight of PSO’s Wanaka Retirement Village
This position involve responsibility for overall operations of the home and working alongside a diverse group of Managers from across Otago to further Enliven’s strategic direction. This role is also supported by the experienced wider Enliven management team.
Your essential skills and qualities:
A Registered Nurse holding a current annual practising certificate
A proven track record of working in a management and leadership role within the health and disability sector, preferably in aged residential care
Demonstrated exceptional planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Highly developed interpersonal skills, including relationship and advocacy skills
Personal and professional attributes that align with our vision, mission, and values
