Q. What do I do with my fundraising money?
Once you have finished your fundraiser get in touch with our fundraising coordinator to hand over the funds or you can drop them to us at 407 Moray Place with your name, fundraiser & contact details...so we can thank you.

Account number and bank transfers can be made to Presbyterian Support Otago 06 0901 0005597 00. You must state your full name and that it is a DONATION.

Q. How else can I fundraise for you?
One of the easiest ways is to get people to donate through an online donation page. We can set this up for you on our website. Alternatively, you can collect donations through cash, online banking or donations of food for the Foodbank and items for sale through our Op Shops.

Q. Can I get a receipt for my donation.
Donations over $5.00 are tax deductible. Please provide us with your name and address or name and email (contact details at the bottom). Donations made through our online forms will automatically be issued an email receipt.

Q. What does the money I raise do?
Your donation, no matter the size, will support people in need across Otago. Unemployment, poverty, family violence, mental illness, ageing, isolation and social disadvantage are just some of the issues we see people trying to cope with every day. Your support will reassure them that they are not alone, and that their community cares.

Q. How do I make a donation?
Can I make a donation to you on your website?
You sure can! Head over to our Donate page on this website or pop into us at 407 Moray Place.

Q. How do I make an ongoing donation?
You can set this up on our donation page or give us a call on 03 477 7115 so we can set it up in a way that suits you.

Q. How do I get promotional materials or a speaker to come to my event?
Please get in touch with our Fundraising Coordinator so we can tailor the material to what you need (contact details at the bottom).

Q. What items does the Foodbank need?
If you would like to contribute fresh, canned or packaged food items to our Dunedin Foodbank please drop in, during business hours, to our Family Works office at 407 Moray Place. We welcome your gift. For more ideas you can view our wish list.

Q. Where do I drop off my food and gift donations?
Our foodbank is at 407 Moray Place, open Monday to Friday 8:.30am – 5:30pm. Gifts can also be made here. Let our fundraising coordinator know when your dropping something off so we can come say thanks and get a photo of your donation.
Clothing Op Shop donations can be dropped to 10 Carroll Street, Dunedin.

We have 2 locations:
Shop on Carroll, located at 10 Carroll St
Op Shop on St Andrew, located at 59 - 61 St Andrew St
