Revd Dr Rebecca Dudley

The Revd Dr Rebecca Dudley consults in human-rights based law and policy, and delivers training through the Diplo Foundation to diplomats based in many countries.  She has worked in international development, human rights and humanitarian response for many years, including most recently with the New Zealand Red Cross as the International Humanitarian Law Advisor. Prior to that she worked in Northern Ireland in transitional justice, human rights law and gender based violence. Rebecca trained as a Presbyterian minister in the US and remains in good standing as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbytery of Chicago. She attends Knox Church in Dunedin.   She holds degrees from Yale University in the US (BA 1983), Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York (MDiv 1991), and a PhD(2015) in International Law from Queens University Belfast.
