Stephanie Pettigrew

Stephanie Pettigrew joined the Board in late 2017, was appointed Deputy Chair in May 2019 and became Chair in February 2023.

She is a director at Marks & Worth Lawyers, where she works in family property law, assisting clients with relationship property matters, trusts, estates, property transactions, elder law and charities.

Stephanie is trained in collaborative law and is a member of Collaborative Resolution NZ. She is also on the panel of lawyers in Otago who are appointed by the Family Court to represent individuals who do not have the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves regarding their property or their personal care and welfare.

Stephanie is also a member of the NZ Institute of Directors.
