In July, members of the Presbyterian Support Otago’s Senior Leadership Team attended the New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services Conference in Wellington, joining leaders from more than 100 organisations from across Aotearoa.
The conference focused on the challenges facing communities and the opportunities to create positive change for older people, tamariki, whānau, and those experiencing hardship.
Our team presented early learnings from Presbyterian Support Otago’s new five-year strategy and our work to build a restorative culture across the organisation.
The event was a valuable opportunity to share ideas, learn from others, and strengthen connections across the social services sector.
