Are you, or is someone you know, an avid vintage shopper? For the month of March we transform Shop on Carroll into a 1930s vintage store.
There are many fabulous vintage items among the donations dropped off every day at the shops. Our shop volunteers put aside a number of these so that in March we can celebrate everything fabulous about vintage. And it’s not just clothing - think fabric, lace, jewellery and collectibles like crystal and porcelain.
Shop on Carroll Manager Fiona Dodds explains, “We so look forward to Vintage Month and the many wonderful vintage items we will be sharing with our customers.”
“We have many regulars who are really keen on vintage items, including dress makers and people involved in stage and film production.”
“I’d encourage anyone hunting for something vintage to come and take a look during March. Even if you don’t think vintage is your thing do drop on by, as you never know just what you’ll discover.”
