Kim Tilly, Manager
Kim has overall responsibility for Elmslie House, with oversight of our Enliven philosophy of providing a home where our residents are respected, live with dignity, are safe, where their connections with family, friends and other residents are encouraged and they have a sense of wellbeing and fellowship. Kim supports her team of trained staff, including health professionals, to enact this philosophy so that everyone feels cared for and valued.
Monique Elleboode, Management Assistant
Monique carries out a wide range of administrative duties, including timesheets, invoices and recruitment needs. She coordinates meetings and provides staff-related support for Kim.
Pauline Lovelock, Clinical Manager
Pauline looks after the healthcare team and together they have responsibility for the clinical needs of our residents. Pauline has been a registered nurse for many years and brings a great deal of valuable experience to her role.
Gilly Pugh, Activities Coordinator
Gillian will plan and organise social activities to encourage our residents to be active, socialise with one another, ensuring residents have a fulfilling experience. This can include a huge variety of activities such as bingo, gentle exercises, board games, outings and fancy-dress days.
Sarah Rich, Senior Health Care Assistant
Sarah is a senior member of the Elmslie team, supporting residents with everyday activities including medication management and general duties that help our residents have happy and healthy lives at Elmslie House.
Belinda Stenhouse, Registered Nurse
Working with other clinical staff, including a dietitian and Health Care Assistants, Belinda oversees the clinical needs, nutrition and care of our residents.
