Staff

Residents of Holmdene enjoy living in a home and being cared for by a team of professionals who take their responsibilities seriously and have the greatest respect for the people living there.

In their own words, Holmdene is not their workplace, rather they work in the residents' home.

If you would like more information about Holmdene or would like to arrange a visit, please contact manager, Stephenie Leith, on 03 418 1468 or email stephenie.leith@psotago.org.nz.

Stephenie Leith, Manager

Stephenie has overall responsibility for Holmdene, with oversight of our Enliven service philosophy of providing a home where our residents are respected, live with dignity, are safe, where their connections with family, friends and other residents are encouraged and they have a sense of wellbeing and fellowship. Stephenie supports her team of trained staff, including health professionals, to enact this philosophy so that everyone feels cared for and valued.

Jo Hobson, Clinical Manager

With a team of registered nurses and trained health care assistants, Jo is responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest possible standard of clinical care that is customised according to individual needs.

Bryony Smith, Administration Assistant

Bryony is the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries, answering general questions and referring to her colleagues when necessary. She performs a range of administrative work and supports Stephenie and others in the team.

Stacey Wilson, Activities Coordinator

Stacey plans and organises social activities to encourage our residents to be active, socialise with one another, ensuring residents have a fulfilling experience. These can include a variety of activities such as bingo, gentle exercises, board games, outings and fancy-dress days. Stacey also supports residents to remain connected to family, friends and community.
