Ross Home manager, Margaret Pearce, has been responsible for the wellbeing of Ross Home residents and staff for many years and she is proud to lead a team of highly professional and caring staff.

The Ross Home team provide health-related and social wellbeing-related care that creates a wonderful environment for residents who are encouraged to live fully and happy lives.

Regan Gilchrist, Manager

Regan has overall responsibility for Ross Home, with oversight of our Enliven service philosophy of providing a home where our residents are respected, live with dignity, are safe, where their connections with family, friends and other residents are encouraged and they have a sense of wellbeing and fellowship.

Regan supports his team of trained staff, including health professionals, to enact this philosophy so that everyone feels cared for and valued.


Simon Ashby, Administrator

Simon is the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries, answering general questions and referring to his colleagues when necessary. He performs a range of administrative work and supports Margaret and others in the team.


Stephanie Carvell, Unit Nurse Manager

Stephanie looks after residents in the Kilgour and Dalkeith units of Ross Home, leading a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, running all aspects of the unit.

She will ensure residents receive the highest possible standard of clinical care according to individual needs, and works with our dietitian to ensure our resident's nutritional needs are met.

Stephanie is also the first point of contact for families relating to clinical matters.


Rachel Cox, Unit Nurse Manager

Like Stephanie, Rachel also looks after residents of Dunrowan Unit. She also leads a team of nurses and healthcare assistants and runs all aspects of the unit.

She too will ensure each resident, based on individual need, receive the highest possible standard of clinical care, including nutritional needs.

Rachel is also the first point of contact for families relating to clinical matters.


Nina Lunn, Unit Nurse Manager

Like Stephanie and Rachel, Nina looks after residents in the Craig unit of Ross Home, leading a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, running all aspects of the unit.

She too will make sure residents receive the highest possible standard of clinical care according to individual needs, and she works with our dietitian to ensure our resident's nutritional needs are met.

Nina is also the first point of contact for families relating to clinical matters.


Michelle Marsh, Activities Supervisor

Michelle and her team of Activities Coordinators will plan and organise social activities to encourage our residents to be active, socialise with one another, ensuring residents have a fulfilling experience. This can include a huge variety of activities such as bingo, gentle exercises, board games, outings and fancy-dress days.


Kim Wilkinson, Management Assistant

Kim carries out a wide range of administrative duties, including timesheets, invoices and recruitment needs. She coordinates meetings and provides staff-related support for Regan.
