Columba Court

Columba Court is a small complex of seven units in the elevated suburb of South Hill in Oamaru.

The warm and friendly environment offers privacy, established private gardens, and complete independence. Built of local Oamaru stone, all units have one bedroom with an ensuite, heat pump and whiteware.

A registered retirement village, Columba Court units are available through Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) plus a weekly fee. This fee is reviewed every year at the start of July and covers items such as rates, building insurance, general maintenance and shared grounds.

The weekly village fee (July 2025) is $106.83 ($462.92 monthly).

You need to be 70 years or over to purchase an ORA for Columba Court.

Unit 1 is now available in our small and friendly retirement village in Oamaru. This warm and sunny one‑bedroom unit (approx. 60m²) features open‑plan living and a heat pump for year‑round comfort. The bathroom includes a step‑down shower, vanity, toilet and laundry area.
