A registered retirement village, Ranui Court homes are available through Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) plus a weekly fee. This fee is reviewed every year at the start of July and covers items such as rates, building insurance, general maintenance and shared grounds.
The weekly village fee (July 2025) is $146.67 ($635.58 per month).
You need to be 70 years or over to purchase an ORA for Ranui Court.
