Sitting adjacent to Ross Care Home are 10 Cottages comprising four bedsits, and six units with one bedroom and a separate lounge. The cottages are available to able and independent adults aged over 65, and a needs assessment is not required to apply for one of these cottages.
Each unit has an emergency call system which is linked to Ross Home. Also included are access to laundry services and garden maintenance. Ross Home is an integral part of Dunedin’s North East Valley community, and these highly sought after cottages afford residents security and safety while enabling them to maintain their independence.
