Summer People 2022

Each year, we look forward to Christmas - it’s traditionally a season of joy and goodwill and a time for being with family and friends, sharing what we have with those we love.

In this issue of People magazine, we celebrate the wonderful Shirley who, at 98 years young, has been volunteering at Iona for 30 years, and bring you news of our other amazing volunteer award winners. I hope you also enjoy hearing about my meeting with a lovely gentleman who left a gift in his will to Presbyterian Support Otago, and I invite you to read Leah’s story about the impact of Covid on her family and how our Family Works team got them back on their feet.
