Before you sign an Occupation Right Agreement to live in the Wanaka Retirement Village, you must be given copies of the following documents:
- Disclosure Statement
- Occupation Right Agreement (which contains the Code of Residents' Rights and the Rules of the village)
- Code of Practice
- Deed of Supervision
- The most recent audited financial statements of the village operator.
